The Glaucidium Wand

Glaucidium is
Greek for little owl. This wands essense is powered by the Pygmy Owl feather.
It is a thin delicate wand good for small hands. Hand carved with small runes
on the handle and stained Red Oak with a small Golden oak trim. It is 16
inches long.
